The Sacramento Buddhist Group's Sunday program starts at 10 a.m. and is a hybrid experience.  The zoom link is always available on the Sunday calendar entry. We start our program with the sound of the bell, followed by a brief welcome . A silent meditation – brief instruction is often included – lasts 30 minutes, we then have announcements and then a break allows time for browsing at the info tables, meeting people, etc. At 10:55 a.m., the bell is rung again, and then the guest teacher offers a dharma talk, usually including a question period, until we close at 12 p.m. with the sound of the bell. We have tea and volunteer refreshments every Sunday.
