In this four class series, we’ll explore Buddhist practices that cultivate balanced and sustainable lives that nurture contentment and harmony. We will learn practical tools to shift our attitudes to bring more kindness and joy into our daily lives.
This series will include a diverse array of practices, including mindfulness, guided meditations, writing activities, and interactive discussions.
