Spirit Rock's Monday Night Dharma Talk and Meditation program is open to all and meets every Monday night from 7:15 – 9:15 p.m. All drop-in groups  at Spirit Rock are suitable for new to experienced practitioners, and are offered by donation (dāna), on a sliding scale, for you to pay what you can. No one is turned away for lack of funds from drop-in groups.
